Malibu Sunset
A beach vacation you can knock back in one sip: coconut rum and pineapple with grenadine sinking to the bottom like the sun hitting the ocean. Sweet, tropical, and gorgeous at golden hour.
Ingredients:
- 0.75 oz Malibu
- 0.5 oz pineapple juice
- Splash of grenadine
Instructions
Shake the Malibu and pineapple juice with ice.
Strain into a shot glass.
Slowly add a splash of grenadine and let it sink.
