Malibu Barbie

Life in plastic, it’s fantastic: coconut rum and a rainbow of fruit juices wearing a pink grenadine blush and a fluffy cream crown. Sweet, tropical, and dressed to party.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • Splash of grenadine
  • Layer of whipped heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Shake the rum and juices with ice.

  2. Pour over fresh ice and add a splash of grenadine.

  3. Layer the whipped heavy cream on top.
