Ingredients for 17 cookie(s):
- 226 grams unsalted butter
- 112 grams sugar
- 150 grams brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 7.5 grams vanilla
- 2.5 grams almond extract
- 94.3 grams bread flour
- 283 grams all-purpose flour
- 6 grams salt
- 5.8 grams baking soda
- 102 grams sprinkles
- 144 grams white chocolate chips
Yields 17 cookies (70 g each)
Instructions:
Step 1: Cream the sugars and butter together.
Step 2: Add the eggs, vanilla and almond extract.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine the bread flour, all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients slowly to the wet.
Step 4: Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
Step 5: Portion the dough into 70 g balls (17 cookies). Freeze for 2 hours.
Step 6: Bake at 375°F for 10–14 minutes, until the edges are set and lightly golden.
