Passionfruit Spritz

Passionfruit Spritz cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz passionfruit juice or puree
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • Fresh passionfruit or lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

  2. Add the passionfruit juice and fresh lime juice.

  3. Slowly pour in the chilled Prosecco.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.

  6. Garnish with fresh passionfruit or a lime wheel.

  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter, more tropical spritz, use passionfruit nectar instead of unsweetened puree.
