Hibiscus Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz tequila (silver or reposado)
- 1 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec)
- 2 oz frozen raspberries
- 1 cup ice
- Sugar for the rim
- Lime wheel or dried hibiscus flower for garnish
Instructions
Rim a margarita glass with sugar and set aside.
Add the tequila, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, orange liqueur, frozen raspberries, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel or dried hibiscus flower.
Serve immediately.
