Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Kahlúa
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
- 0.5 oz simple syrup (optional)
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
Brew the espresso and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, Kahlúa, espresso, and simple syrup (if using).
Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until very cold and frothy.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Serve immediately.
Notes
The longer you shake, the thicker the foam layer will be.
Fresh espresso produces the best crema and flavor.
If you prefer a sweeter espresso martini, use the simple syrup.
Chill the martini glass beforehand for a restaurant-quality presentation. ☕🍸
