Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlúa
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (optional)
  • 3 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  3. Add the vodka, Kahlúa, espresso, and simple syrup (if using).

  4. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until very cold and frothy.

  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • The longer you shake, the thicker the foam layer will be.

  • Fresh espresso produces the best crema and flavor.

  • If you prefer a sweeter espresso martini, use the simple syrup.

  • Chill the martini glass beforehand for a restaurant-quality presentation. ☕🍸
