Dirty Martini

Dirty Martini cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 oz vodka or gin
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz olive brine
  • Green olives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the vodka or gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine to a mixing glass or shaker with ice.

  2. Stir (or shake) until very cold.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with green olives.

Notes

  • Add a splash more olive brine if you like it extra dirty.
